Shipping and Returns Information
We currently offer worldwide deliveries. International deliveries are processed via the Royal Mail courier, and UK deliveries are processed via Evri with full tracking available for all orders.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (processing time). From then the delivery time frame begins, depending on your selection at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Please note, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
We perform a three-stage quality test on every order before dispatch. If upon receipt the order does not meet the condition in which it was sent, please reach out to us promptly via email and provide images of the identified issues. We kindly ask that all orders be thoroughly inspected within 24hours of receiving the goods. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for damaged reported beyond this timeframe.
Kindly be aware that product exchanges are not available; instead, a new order will need to be placed.
